User Registration

I turned off user registration a few weeks back after a flurry of newly-created user accounts whose purpose seems to be spamming. Upon reconsideration, I have turned user registration on again. Registration does not equal the ability to post and comment moderation is turned on, so I was probably worrying over nothing, but it is a bit of a headache. We’ll see how it goes.
